HTC has told customers that "Vive order fulfilment is on track without delays", despite reports that pre-orders had not shipped as intended.
Customers "don't need to do a thing" and pre-orders "began shipping on April 5 as originally communicated," added the HTC Vive blog.
That's not to say HTC is trying to brush known launch issues under the carpet.
"We understand that multiple issues have arisen in the past two days and we are working hard to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible," reads the blog post. "We appreciate your patience as we identify these issues and work to solve them."
For those still waiting for orders to be shipped, HTC notes that Vives will ship in the month noted on your order confirmation, with a separate shipment notification email to be sent once shipped.
