Indie developer Dreadlocks have been running a Kickstarter campaign for an upcoming title by the name of Ghost Theory and with a few hours to go, have successfully beaten their target of £50,000.
At the time of writing, they've raised over £56,000 to bring the first-person adventure horror title to multiple platforms, including Xbox One. A single-player game, Ghost Theory sees players joining a university research team who are on the hunt for the paranormal. Using a multitude of gadgets and investigating real-world "haunted" locations such as the Goldfield Hotel in the United Stats and Japan's Suicide Forest Aokigahara, you'll have to keep more than a weather eye open to find the truth.
Dreadlocks are looking to ship Ghost Theory in September 2017.
