Overwatch was the UK's best-selling game last week, overtaking Uncharted 4 which must settle for second spot in its third week.
Blizzard's shooter becomes the developer's fastest-selling title on consoles, with 47 per cent of retail sales coming on PS4, 36 per cent on Xbox One and an impressive 18 per cent on PC – remember that the majority of PC sales will come digitally.
Uncharted 4 drops 37 per cent at second, followed by Doom 4 – down 41 per cent – in third. Homefront: The Revolution is also down 41 per cent and slips into fourth spot.
Elsewhere Ratchet & Clank sees sales more than double as it shoots up from 12th to No.6. Promos for FIFA 16 see the game jump three places to No.7, whilst The Division sales are also up 42 per cent.
Total War: Warhammer debuts at No.9, though SEGA won't be too concerned having already seen the title generate franchise record sales.
Activision Blizzard's TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan is the week's only other new entry at No.18. There's also a glimmer of hope for 2K's Battleborn which helped by retailer price cuts jumped seven places at No.20.

Dead Island Definitive Collection is the major release this week, with Deep Silver hoping the revamped collection brought to current generation systems will help fill the Dead Island 2 void in the publisher's line-up.
The franchise sold amazing well on PS3 and Xbox 360, but it's not clear if the undead bubble has burst.
